uProcess Software
At the heart of this system is uProcess software, which provides a simple interface for configuring and controlling automated uDevices and for creating automated scripts for coordinated control. This Microsoft Windows-based software gives you straightforward control over all LabSmith automated products, from simple setups to complex lab automation with hundreds of devices.
Automated uDevices
Automated uDevices include SPS01 Programmable Syringe Pumps which deliver volumes up to 100 microliters, with resolution as low as 2 nanoliters. AV201 Automated Selector Valves provide 2-position, 3-port switching, with zero dead volumes and swept volumes from 130-520 nl.
uDevices are fully compatible with LabSmith's CapTite™ microfluidic interconnect products for building and rebuilding micro- and nano-fluidic circuits.
Integration Products
uProcess products plug together for extremely fast setups. Breadboards include electrical and communications connections as well as physical mounting points. Electronic Interface Boards, valve manifolds and cables let you communicate with one, two, or hundreds of automated devices.
