Programmable Microfluidic Syringe Pump

LabSmith’s SPS01 syringe pump is an extremely compact, fully programmable, bi-directional pump for accurate metering of microfluidic volumes. Only 100 mm long, the SPS01 uses a fraction of the space and power required by other syringe pumps. The SPS01 is fully compatible with all CapTite™ 360µm products and delivers volumes from 5 to 100 microliters, with resolution as low as 10 nanoliters and volume and flow rate accuracy of ~1%. A one-piece fitting is required.

LabSmith SPS01 syringe pumps are fully programmable for coordinated fluid delivery and sequencing. One control interface can sequence and coordinate more than 30 devices, including syringes, valves, and other active devices. The accompanying, Windows®-based µProcess™ software includes wizards to simplify the creation of microflow sequences. LabView® drivers and a software developers’ kit make it easy to integrate the pump into sophisticated control systems.

uProcess breadboards let you mount up to five SPS01 pumps and all CapTite components for easy system setup.

With low dead volumes, smooth dispensing, and easy cleaning, the SPS01 is ideal for research.
