CapTite™ Microfluidic Breadboards

CapTite Microfluidics Components Interconnects - Syringe Pump

Breadboards enable rapid positioning of all CapTite™ components to construct an endless array of reusable setups. Compatible with all CapTite interconnect components, all CapTite fiberglass breadboards have holes on 1/4" centers and include non-slip feet.

Breadboards for Manual Components

The standard breadboard (LS-600) provides basic mounting for CapTite components. This breadboard does not provide sockets for LabSmith automated uDevices.

Breadboards for Automated Components

uProcess breadboards (uPB-05 and uPB-08) include 20-pin connectors for mounting automated uDevices, such as programmable syringe pumps or automated valve manifolds. A connection to an Electronic Interface Board enables control of all automated devices mounted on the breadboard through uProcess software.

The iBB Integrated Breadboard (iBB-08) provides all of the features of uProcess breadboards and includes a 1" x 3” viewing port that lets you mount a microfluidic chip. The iBB board can then be mounted directly to LabSmith’s SVM340 Synchronous Video Microscope for monitoring of the microfluidic system. Hardware is included to secure the iBB to the SVM.
